Five AI Product Photography Prompts for a Summer Campaign

Key takeaways
- Five consistent campaign stills came from two references: one of the model and location, one product packshot.
- Every prompt ties the person to image 1 and the product to image 2, then changes only the scene.
- Naming the product part by part, and what it lacks, stops the model from swapping in a similar product.
- Nano Banana 2 runs in ReelyArt Studio at 2K for 3 credits an image, on the free plan too.
On this page
These five campaign stills were made with Nano Banana 2, the same model that runs in ReelyArt Studio, from just two reference images: one of the model on a whitewashed rooftop, and one packshot of the product. Below is the setup and every prompt, ready to copy and adapt to your own product.
The setup
- Model: Nano Banana 2 at 2K, which costs 3 credits an image in Studio and runs on the free plan. Portrait frames are 3:4, the wide one is 4:3.
- Reference 1: the model and the location, a woman with a sleek dark bob on a Mediterranean rooftop. It is itself an earlier Nano Banana 2 image, which keeps her face identical across the set.
- Reference 2: a clean packshot of the product, a periwinkle-blue insulated tumbler.
Every prompt opens the same way. It ties the person and the place to image 1, ties the product to image 2 and names its parts, then describes a new scene. Only the scene changes from shot to shot.
1. The close-up
The product sharp in the foreground, the model soft behind it. The condensation droplets are what sell the cold.

Award-winning fashion editorial with product. Use the exact same woman from image 1 (same face, sleek dark bob, same features) on the exact same whitewashed Mediterranean rooftop from image 1. Use the exact tumbler from image 2 with identical shape, periwinkle-blue body, cobalt-blue lid, light-blue handle, steel band and blue Stanley logo, correct proportions. Scene: intimate close-up, the tumbler in sharp focus in the foreground standing on the rough whitewashed parapet, cold condensation droplets beading on its matte surface, its hard shadow cast on the white stone; behind it she leans in on her elbows, chin resting on her stacked hands, in a powder-blue chunky knit sweater and pale-blue cat-eye sunglasses, mid-laugh, softly out of focus, white laundry and blue sea blurred beyond. Real unretouched skin texture, freckles, peach fuzz. Bright midday Mediterranean sun, crisp specular highlights on the droplets. Shot on a Contax 645, 80mm lens at f/2, shallow depth of field, Kodak Portra 400 film grain. Powder blue theme, photorealistic, premium campaign still.
2. The overhead
A straight-down shot turns the laundry-line shadows into graphic stripes that echo the Breton top.

Scene: straight-down overhead 90-degree shot, she lies on her back on the sunlit whitewashed rooftop floor wearing a blue-and-white Breton striped boat-neck top and crisp white wide-leg trousers, one arm stretched above her head, the other hand resting on the tumbler standing upright beside her hip, eyes closed and a soft smile, the long graphic shadows of the laundry line and flapping white sheets striping across her body and the white floor. Real unretouched skin texture, natural freckles. Hard midday sun, sharp geometric shadows. Shot on a medium format camera from a ladder, 35mm lens, f/8, Kodak Portra 400 film grain. Blue and white striped theme, photorealistic, graphic art-directed editorial.
3. Through the sheets
Framing the shot through fabric in the foreground adds depth and makes it feel observed rather than staged.

Award-winning fashion editorial with product, wide horizontal frame. Scene: framed through a gap between two white sheets hanging on the laundry line in the foreground, softly blurred at the edges; in the middle of the frame she sits sideways on the parapet with knees drawn up, in an Aegean-blue satin slip dress and cream Mary Jane flats, sipping from the tumbler's straw spout while looking straight into the lens with a playful knowing gaze, the whitewashed village and deep blue sea behind her. Real unretouched skin texture with pores, light freckles. Late afternoon golden Mediterranean light, long warm shadows, the sheets glowing translucent in the backlight. Shot on a Hasselblad medium format, 90mm lens at f/2.8, Kodak Portra 400 film grain, voyeuristic cinematic framing. Aegean blue theme, photorealistic.
Look closely at the tumbler: it has a side handle and a straw, which the real product does not. The words "straw spout" pulled the model toward a different tumbler. When you reuse this prompt, replace them with "fold-down carry handle on top, no side handle, no straw", as the next two prompts do.
4. Forced perspective
A second tumbler, huge and out of focus at the edge of the frame, makes a flat tabletop feel deep. The blue-on-blue palette keeps it graphic.

Art-directed product fashion portrait. Use the exact same woman from image 1 (same face, sleek dark bob, same features). Use the exact tumbler from image 2: tapered periwinkle-blue body, cobalt-blue flip lid, steel band, light-blue fold-down carry handle arched over the top, blue Stanley logo; it has NO side handle and NO straw. Setting: the top of the whitewashed rooftop parapet from image 1 used as a flat tabletop, the background is only a clean, flat, cloudless pale powder-blue sky like a seamless studio backdrop. Composition at exact tabletop eye level: she rests her head sideways on her folded arms on the white surface, deadpan cool stare straight into the lens, glossy dark hair falling over her arm, small silver hoop earrings, wearing a cobalt-blue and white wide-striped sweater with periwinkle ribbed cuffs. One tumbler stands sharp on the left beside her face. A second identical tumbler fills the right third of the frame in the extreme foreground, very close to the lens and heavily out of focus, cropped by the frame edge, creating forced perspective depth. Colour-blocked blue-on-blue palette, minimal, graphic. Soft diffused bright daylight, gentle shadows. Shot on a medium format digital camera, 80mm lens at f/2.8, crisp detail. Real unretouched skin texture with pores and fine peach fuzz, subtle blush makeup. Contemporary Instagram brand campaign still, photorealistic.
5. The candid laugh
She looks away from the camera, and the frame leaves plenty of white space. It reads like a moment from someone's summer.

Candid, unposed editorial moment, quiet and understated, like a stolen frame from a real summer day. Use the exact same woman from image 1 (same face, sleek dark bob, same features) on the exact same whitewashed Mediterranean rooftop from image 1. Use the exact tumbler from image 2 at real size: tapered periwinkle-blue body, cobalt-blue flip lid, steel band, light-blue fold-down carry handle over the top, blue Stanley logo; no side handle, no straw. Moment: she sits on the rooftop floor with her back against the white parapet wall, knees loosely drawn up, in a simple pale-blue linen shirt with rolled sleeves and white shorts, barefoot. The tumbler rests casually in her hands against her knee. She is not looking at the camera; her head is turned to the side, caught mid-laugh at someone off-frame, eyes crinkled, a strand of hair blown across her cheek. The white sheets on the laundry line above cast soft moving shadows across her and the wall, sunlight filtering through the thin fabric. Restrained composition with generous white negative space, natural relaxed body language. Late afternoon warm sun, soft contrast. Shot on a 35mm film camera, 35mm lens at f/2.8 from a slightly crouched eye level, documentary style, Kodak Portra 400, fine natural grain, true colours. Real unretouched skin texture. Photorealistic.
Why these prompts work
- Identity comes first. "The exact same woman from image 1" and "the exact tumbler from image 2" come before anything else, so the scene never overrides them.
- The product is described part by part. Body, lid, handle, band and logo, plus what it does not have. That keeps the model from swapping in a similar product.
- One camera and film stock per shot. Naming a lens and Kodak Portra 400 gives the set a shared film look.
- Real skin is asked for. "Unretouched skin texture" avoids the plastic finish AI portraits often have.
- Only the scene changes. Palette, light and references stay fixed, so five images read as one campaign.
Try it with your own product
Open Studio, choose Nano Banana 2, and attach two references: a photo of your model and location first, your product packshot second. Paste one of the prompts above and swap in your product's own parts and colors.
The tumbler is a Stanley IceFlow, used as a real-world example product. This is an independent demonstration, not a Stanley campaign, and Stanley is a trademark of its owner.
