Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — you pay only the difference between the new plan price and the value of your unused subscription credits, charged as a one-time invoice. Monthly plan downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period; your existing access and credits remain active until then. Monthly subscribers can switch to any annual plan at any time. Annual plan changes — including switching to monthly — are not available mid-year and apply at your next renewal date.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked. Your access and remaining subscription credits will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Stripe retries the charge automatically over the following days and emails you a link to update your payment method. Unused subscription credits from the ended cycle expire when the renewal payment fails; as soon as a retry succeeds, your full monthly credit allocation is granted again. If every retry fails, the subscription is cancelled. Permanent credits are never affected.

It depends on the credit type. Subscription credits reset at the end of each billing cycle — any unused amount does not carry over to the next month. One-time credit purchases, shown as Permanent Credits on your account page, never expire and always carry over regardless of your subscription status.

If you purchase additional one-time credits while on a subscription plan, your Permanent Credits are always spent first. Once your permanent balance runs out, your monthly subscription credits are used automatically. Subscription credits still reset at the end of each billing cycle.

Monthly plans are billed each month. Credits refresh at the start of every new cycle and any unused subscription credits from the previous month are cleared. Annual plans require a single upfront payment for the full year. Your credits still refresh automatically every month at no additional charge. At the end of the 12-month period, your subscription renews with another annual payment.

Yes. One-time credit packs can be paid with USDC stablecoin on Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, or Base, in addition to card. Crypto payments are processed securely through Stripe and availability may vary by region. Subscriptions currently support card payments only.
